1. God Stuff ~
This week I am starting on the Disciple bible Study wit a group of online friends. I am excited about this! 34 weeks of intensive study and I am EXCITED. Woot, God's up to something. I want to stay consistent and give this the time it deserves. I also need to fill in some forms for RTF ministry through our church. Oh, and pray daily for a friend who is filling in her forms for RTF thorough ministry this week.
2. Family Stuff ~
No driving eldest to and from work all the time, now he's changed jobs, which is good. His college timetable changed this week though, which I need to get used to.
Need to encourage youngest to practise his trombone more. There's no point in having the lessons if he's not going to put the time in.
I need to spend some quality time with my husband, he's been working some crazy hours and now it is tailing off a little.
3. Work Stuff /OCC Stuff ~
School assembly on Friday for OCC. Need to learn the stuff I want to say and do at that, get it nice and easy to remember. I also want to push for some more local drop off points.
4. House Stuff ~
Packing for church camp. I could leave it until Friday morning, except Friday morning is the above mentioned school assembly, so I can't! Must get that done by Thursday evening then!
5. Online Stuff ~
I would like to blog a bit more this week, and I have some spare time left today so my intention is to pre write some of my entries for later in the week, to just tweek and post on the day!
6. Me Stuff ~
Stick to my eating plan and get time on the treadmill every day.
7. Menu Planning Stuff ~
Check out my Food and Fitness Blog, where you will find my menu for this week.
Year of WellBeing Tips:
Monday
Make a birdbath from a plastic dish and put it in your garden or on the windowsill. Keep it filled with clean water.
Tuesday
Buy a plant and take care of it.
Wednesday
If you are having pizza tonight, add some veg as extra topping - mushrooms, peppers, spinach, onion, tomatoes or anything you fancy!
Thursday
Avocados are packed with vitamins and minerals and they are also high in monounsaturated fat (the healthier kind of fat) - try and include them in your diet every now and then, but remember that one avocado contains 300-500 kcal (the same as a large piece of cake) so go easy!
Friday
Why not play some cards with one of your family members. When was the last time you did it?
Saturday
Think about a time when you used your strengths to your advantage. In what other areas of your life can you use these strengths to your advantage?
Sunday
Imagine that you have just started a relationship with your partner and flirt with him or her again.
Monday Meanderings is hosted over at less of Me, More of Him. You can head over there by clicking the image link at the top. However, I know she was affected by recent hurricanes and do not know if she will be posting her Monday Meanderings this week or not.
Either way, please sign my Mr Linky and leave a comment, and I'll come visit your home on the web too.

So, you've been to Cornwall and had a "real" pasty? I'm jealous. Thanks for coming to my blog.
